The Challenge

To connect Penhaligon’s with a new generation of tech savvy shoppers, translating their luxury in-store experience into the digital domain.

What we did

We created an online version of their unique in-store fragrance profiling system. Visitors to the microsite answered a series of questions, with stunning visuals and animations, in order to establish their perfect fragrances. We also created an in-store version of this digital experience, for use in their Regent’s Street store.

The Results

They sent out thousands of sample pairs to 27k unique visitors.
Many visitors went on to purchase, with 1/3 of these buying products related to the sample that they requested. Almost all of these were new to the brand.
