The Challenge

Yakult is a Japanese probiotic yoghurt drink.

After twenty five years of pan European operations covering six countries, Yakult have developed a wide array of CSR, Sustainability, sponsorship, cultural and employee initiatives.

The Activation

ONE HUNDRED was asked to apply its PURPOSE+ process to assist Yakult in redefining its core priorities in order to create an assessment and propose a decision-making framework for future investments. Our process identified existing influences, audiences and activities, which created an over-arching pan European set of thinking.

The Results

As a result Yakult was provided with a model framework to create clarity of structure and decision making across a new integrated brand development strategy.
